SERVICES

Recreation ~ There's a fitness center, a library, even an activities studio and club room right on the premises. Asbury Pointe's Recreational Services Director will arrange regular social activities to help you enjoy yourself and get to know your neighbors.

Event Room ~ Located next to the new dining room, an Event Room will accommodate a variety of events and meetings, complete with a stage and dance floor. Elegant french door dividers allow for the dining room and event area to combine for large receptions and formal dinner parties.

Dining ~ For your convenience, a continental breakfast and your choice of a sumptuous lunch or evening meal will be served daily in our beautiful dining rooms. Private dining areas are available if you'd like a special place to entertain guests.

Laundry and Housekeeping ~ Available on a bi-weekly basis.

Transportation ~ If you prefer not to drive, regularly scheduled transportation will be available for doctor visits, special events and other activities as well.

APARTMENT FEE STRUCTURE

The sponsor of Asbury Pointe, Beechwood Continuing Care, and the Board of Directors have established a fee structure that will enable the community to operate on a solid foundation and at the same time provide affordable pricing to its residents.

As a resident of Asbury Pointe, you can be assured of many positive benefits to be derived from living in a community with a financial structure which includes a one-time entrance fee, and a monthly service fee. The fees at Asbury Pointe are explained below.

1. A one-time, 100% refundable entrance fee

This entrance fee is the cost for the apartment home and varies based on the size and style of apartment home chosen. The entrance fee is 100% refundable if you move out of Asbury Pointe at anytime and for any reason. To reserve an apartment home all you need to do is place a deposit equal to 10% of the entrance fee, sign a residency agreement, complete a confidential data application and receive approval. The 10% deposit is placed in an interest-bearing escrow account until you occupy your home. At that time, the balance of the entrance fee will be due. The 10% deposit is fully refundable with interest if for any reason you do not move into Asbury Pointe.

2. A monthly service fee

The monthly service fee covers the following services and amenities: A daily continental breakfast, one meal each day (your choice of either lunch or dinner), bi-weekly housekeeping and flat linen laundry, all utilities (except for telephone and cable), apartment and grounds maintenance, scheduled transportation, a 24-hour emergency call system, wellness programs and various recreational, educational, cultural and social programs, and priority access to Beechwood Continuing Care. Also available is underground, heated parking for an additional $95. per month.

REFUNDABLE ENTRANCE FEE

Apartment homes at Asbury Pointe are offered through a financial plan that includes an entrance fee and a monthly service fee. Fees vary according to the wing location, size and design of the apartment home you select. We're the only retirement community in Western New York to offer a 100% refundable entrance guarantee to you or to your estate, regardless of how long you live in Asbury Pointe.

Only a 10% deposit of an entrance fee is initially required and the balance is due upon occupancy. The entrance fees help to control monthly costs and do not incur transitional costs like real estate; taxes are no longer a burden. Speaking of costs - you won't pay for medical services you may never need, either. The residents will receive a comprehensive continuum of care to any of the Beechwood Continuing Care facilities should the need arise. Actually, it's one of the best values in retirement living in Western New York.
