The sense of freedom starts even before you move in, because we don't charge entrance or endowment fees for joining our community. Residents pay a very reasonable monthly fee. This combination of independent living and Enriched Living is what gives our residents confidence in their future - close proximity to Clifton Springs Hospital and Clinic and access to specialists eliminates the "what-ifs" of potential health care needs.

Ashton Springs is a new sub-division located on Woodview Lane in the quaint, historic village of Clifton Springs, New York.

The Romeo Club
The acronym ROMEO stands for Retired Older Men Enjoying Outings. You’ll find the Romeos at the racetrack, Hooter’s, the bowling alley and baseball games. That’s why we’ve formed the ROMEO Club. This men’s only club gives the male residents at Ashton Place a chance to enjoy, socialize, and plan their own activities.
