Dunn Tower I Apartments is a 13 story unique residential complex of 191 one bedroom apartments for seniors 62 years of age or over, disabled veterans who submit satisfactory proof of physical and/or mobility eligibility according to the Civil Service Law Section 85, Definition of Disabled Veteran, and people with physical or mobility disabilities, 18 years of age and older.

The apartments have been designed to be both beautiful and practically functional to meet your every need. This project is supervised by the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal.
