Crestwood Commons is a unique patio home and apartment community designed for independent seniors who want to enjoy retirement living, without the commitments of home ownership. Residents will appreciate the spacious floor plans, attractive décor and convenient services. The park-like wooded campus offers the perfect setting for active seniors to enjoy their retirement.
Designed For Living
Retirement living at Crestwood Commons means starting each day without worrying about mowing the lawn or shoveling the walk. Relax with a daily casual continental breakfast at the café.
Then you’re off – either in your own vehicle or with our convenient van service, with regular stops at local banks, stores, and places of worship. Home maintenance and house cleaning, including weekly linen service, will be taken care of for you. You will be able to enjoy more quality time with family and friends, along with the many outings and social activities coordinated by staff at Crestwood Commons.
The residents of the patio home and apartment community are able to explore other interests by visiting the library, working out in the exercise gym, or participating in projects in the crafts and activities room.
Many further services are provided (both included or for an additional charge) just to make your life easier and give you more time to do what you want to do.

A Continuum of Care
In sharing a campus with ElderWood Health Care at Crestwood, residents of the Crestwood Commons community will have peace of mind knowing trained medical professionals are right next door. Any resident who eventually may require assisted living, subacute care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing, will receive priority status for admission to any of ElderWood’s health care facilities.
Crestwood Commons Patio Homes
Residents have their choice of floor plans with one or two bedrooms. They range from 1,050 to 1,375 square feet and are designed to be completely handicap accessible. Individual units feature a private concrete driveway, attached single-car garage, covered front porch, private rear patio, central air conditioning and a utility room with washer/dryer. The modern kitchen features wood cabinets, wood flooring and full-size appliances, including refrigerator, electric range, microwave, garbage disposal and dishwasher.
Crestwood Commons Apartments
Residents have their choice of a one or two bedroom floor plan. Apartments range from 680 to 860 square feet and are designed to be completely handicap accessible.
The apartment building features both a television lounge and an activities room on each floor for socializing with friends and family. You will enjoy a continental breakfast at the café and a gourmet dinner in the formal dining room.
Each apartment unit features central air conditioning with a modern kitchen of full-size appliances, including refrigerator, electric range, microwave, garbage disposal and dishwasher. Two laundry rooms are situated on each floor for your convenience.
