Fulton Mill is a beautifully rehabilitated mill building on West First Street (Route 48), with large apartments over looking the Oswego River. The property features three community rooms, one with a large screen TV and VCR, an outside gazebo at the river's edge.

There are full-time professional managers on-site during business hours as well as 24-7 emergency maintenance service.

Each apartment is fully applianced and carpeted and features large windows (with mini blinds) which gives each unit an open feeling. There is also a resident services coordinator on staff.
