Floor Plans
When you move into your own spacious apartment at Hertlin House, filled with your own furnishings and treasured keepsakes, you know you have come home.
You can choose from among four distinctive floor plans ranging from a studio to a one-bedroom suite. Every apartment has a roomy, fully equipped kitchen with range, microwave, frost-free refrigerator and freezer. They also feature wall-to-wall carpeting, window treatments and bathrooms with a walk-in shower, shower seat and grab bars. You'll have ample closet space plus extra indoor storage space for out-of-season items.
At Hertlin House you'll always stay as warm or as cool as you wish because you control you own heating and cooling and the cost is included in your single monthly fee. There are also free laundry rooms on every floor.
You can feel secure because the building is steel framed and features fire-resistant materials. All walls are insulated and sound resistant and there are fire doors at each apartment entry. In addition, each apartment is equipped with a sprinkler system, fire alarm, emergency response system, telephone and cable hook-up.
