Sterling Park is a unique, independent living community on The Osborn’s 56-acre campus, designed for people who expect the most out of life. This includes fine dining and casual meals offered in one of three dining rooms, with cuisine prepared under the direction of our executive chef, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America.

Other gracious amenities include three libraries that are part of the Westchester County Library System, an indoor pool, a state-of-the-art 24-seat screening room, billiard and game rooms, the Marketplace general store and so much more. Weekly housekeeping, clothing and linen laundry services are all included, and scheduled transportation, maintenance and an on-campus medical clinic are all just steps from your front door.

There is a vast array of activities and events, cultural programs, and entertainment at your doorstep. Or you can choose to relax in your spacious and bright private apartment or garden home, stroll the grounds, pursue your favorite hobbies, volunteer, or just continue to live as you did before your move to Sterling Park.

Living at Sterling Park also provides priority access to The Osborn’s assisted living services and skilled nursing care, should you need it.

Apartments
Sterling Park apartments are available in a number of spacious one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans, many with balconies and sliding glass doors. Buildings are four stories high with easy access to elevators, and all have heated underground parking.

Garden Homes
Sterling Park garden homes are designed for convenient one-level living with all the comforts and independence of a private home. Spacious, two-bedroom floor plans are available with attached garage and patio or deck, many including fireplaces, finished basements or other custom details. Plus, garden homes include The Osborn’s full-service maintenance and groundskeeping as well as other services.


RESIDENCY PLANS OFFER FLEXIBILITY AND ESTATE PROTECTION

Entrance Fee Option
A one-time, 100% refundable entrance fee provides the apartment or garden home at The Osborn in the size and style you prefer. A monthly service fee covers virtually all your costs, including one meal per day (additional meals can be purchased), utilities, housekeeping, laundry and the full package of services and amenities. The entrance fee is fully refunded to you or your estate if you move within our continuum of care or leave the community.

Rental Option
A monthly rental residency option is available for selected independent living apartments, including one meal per day (with an option to purchase more), as well as the services and amenities package.
