The Spa Apartments is located in the village of Clifton Springs, New York. Being in the heart of the Finger Lakes Region, we are minutes away from the beauty and recreation this area has to offer.
The Spa Apartments, which once housed the Clifton Springs Hospital and Clinic, is a landmark in the area. Renovations in 1974 have preserved the basic nature and personality of the existing building while creating apartments that are modern and bright.
Our Chapel with its stained glass windows and the mosaic still is the center of attraction for the community. The chapel hosts many religious services, musical groups, weddings, and entertainment throughout the year.
Our main lobby has a beautiful fieldstone fireplace and Italian marble floors, which continue to be part of the building beauty and inviting charm.
Our Solarium, with its large arched windows, is where tenants, their families, and guests can enjoy

The Spa Apartments has 61 efficiencies, 55 one bedrooms, and 3 two bedrooms totaling 119 apartments modern in every way but, still surrounded by those features of the building which have come to be deeply appreciated throughout the years. With rents starting at $525 a month including utilities our pricing makes us a very affordable senior choice.
Activities
The Spa Apartments offers a wide variety of activities that provide entertainment and socialization for our residents. With our chapel, solarium, main lobby, lounge, and dining room we have many areas of activities for the tenants to enjoy. Each week we offer a coffee hour, craft groups, bingo, card groups, shopping, and much more. As well as monthly social hours, birthday celebrations, trips, and many more activities.
Around Clifton Springs
Clifton Springs is a quaint little village in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Our apartments are across the street from most of the downtown shopping and a half-mile from the local plaza. We have four major shopping malls within 20 minutes of Clifton Springs and the large Outlet Mall is only 10 minutes away. Our building is connected to the Clifton Springs Hospital and Clinic, which adds an extra convenience for our residents.
