The Living Center – Skilled Nursing Care

Upholding The Highlands philosophy of living well, The Living Center places special emphasis on companionship and the psychological well-being of each resident. Scheduled programs and activities are available and residents are encouraged to participate with respect given to personal privacy and the right to choose a comfortable level of involvement.
The Living Center offers residents private and semi-private rooms, featuring 24-hour medical and social services delivered by geriatric specialists and licensed professionals focused on one thing – providing the personal, dignified care and attention residents deserve.
In addition to traditional long-term care, The Living Center also provides specialized Alzheimer’s care, hospice, short-term rehabilitation, and respite care.
Meadowbrook – Adult Day Care
Uniquely designed for those who need assistance, but not 24-hour care, Meadowbrook offers exceptional medical care, valuable social interaction for participants and an important respite for their families.
By evaluating each participant’s individual needs on an ongoing basis, Meadowbrook supports a lifestyle focused on attaining the highest levels of health and wellness.
