LIFE CARE

Life Care is a type of continuing care retirement community, offering independent living, enriched/assisted living, and skilled nursing care, and providing qualified residents care for life. Residents have priority access to other levels of living if the need arises, and they pay no more for enriched living or skilled nursing than they were paying in their independent living apartment. This equates to huge savings in the event of the need for skilled nursing care, and is a means to protect your assets from the high cost of long term care.

There are many benefits to The Summit at Brighton's Life Care program:

- Comfort of planning for potential health care needs in advance
- Making your own decision about where you will live and when
- Peace of mind in knowing that you will receive quality health care, if you need it
- Maintaining independence and avoiding the need to depend on others
- Protecting your assets against potentially devastating long term care costs
- Leaving a legacy to your beneficiaries

The Summit at Brighton is the only Life Care community in greater Rochester. Because we believe in giving people choices, we also offer a modified Life Care option with reduced health benefits, and a selection of refundability plans to choose from.
