Amberleigh, located in Williamsville, NY, a Buffalo suburb, is a rental retirement community. Our goal is to help you enjoy your retirement to the fullest. We charge no entry fees; your monthly rent covers the services and amenities of Amberleigh.
Located on twenty-three beautifully landscaped acres, Amberleigh is a splendid retreat, yet is only minutes away from shopping, places of worship, restaurants, medical facilities and other services.
The beauty of Amberleigh's natural surrounding is mirrored by its elegant decor. our residents enjoy their spacious apartment homes and our common areas. The comfortable lounges, the game and billiard rooms, arts and crafts studio, and library are always available for your enjoyment.
Guests of all ages are welcome. Invite them to join you for a game of cards or a stroll in our gardens. For a nominal fee, family members or friends can share a meal with you in our spacious dining room and spend the night in Amberleigh's well-appointed guest apartments.
Our activities program is one of the best and busiest in the area, primarily because our residents help "design" the program. We take pride in offering something for everyone. Residents are encouraged to suggest things to do, places to go, and sights to see. The result is a host of offerings; from art classes to lectures, table games to gardening, wellness programs to mystery rides, bridge games to exercise classes.
Your rent includes Continental breakfast, lunch and dinner in our dining room. A lovely Sunday Brunch is a great change of pace from breakfast and lunch. Residents, served by our gracious wait staff, may select from a varied menu . Mealtime at Amberleigh is always a special occasion!
Repairs and cleaning can be left in the capable hands of our housekeeping and maintenance staff, relieving you of the burden of household chores.
Our chauffeured mini-bus makes regularly scheduled trips to shopping malls, grocery stores, banks, and to medical appointments. Residents enjoy special excursions to museums, theaters, historic sites, Niagara Falls and numeours other attractions.
For your convenience and peace of mind, Amberleigh provides 24 hour staffing. A receptionist is always on duty to welcome you and your guests. Amberleigh has its own beauty/barber shop, free laundry facilities and an exercise center. A nearby dry cleaner and pharmacy provide pickup and delivery services.
The experienced professionals who manage Amberleigh are courteous, congenial, and attentive. They respect the concerns of residents and respond to their needs with understanding and skill.
Amberleigh offers one and two bedroom apartments. Each features a balcony or patio, wall-to-wall carpeting, window mini-blinds, and individually controlled heating and air-conditioning. Each apartment has an emergency-alert system, hook-up capability for cable television, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Residents furnish the apartment with their own belongings, in the style they prefer.
