Dedicated to serving the needs of the elderly and others, Episcopal Church Home & Affiliates has been providing healthcare and related services to the Western New York community since 1858. With their sponsorship, Canterbury Woods opened in 1999 becoming the first senior living community in the Western New York area to offer a Life Care continuum.
Canterbury Woods provides life care to seniors ages 62 and older with assured access to enriched living, skilled nursing and rehabilitative services. The unique retirement lifestyle at Canterbury Woods gives seniors the opportunity to "age in place," in an environment of their own choosing. Seniors select a residence for their current lifestyle, and gain the ability to change their level of care - at no additional cost - should the need arise.
