Glen Arden wants to be sure that planning for your lifestyle and long-term care needs as they change is as easy and risk free as possible. Your deposit and entrance fee are fully refundable during the application and move-in process, even up to three months after you move in!

Glen Arden offers a variety of long-term care and fee options from which you can choose to best suit your lifestyle and financial needs.

* Monthly fees for Carriage Homes include five meals per month. Residents can also select 30 meals per month for an additional fee.


Tax Advantages:
Because Glen Arden is a Continuing Care Retirement Community that offers the Life Care Benefit, residents may be eligible to deduct significant portions of their entrance fee and monthly fees as medical expenses. For many residents this has resulted in thousands of dollars in savings on their income taxes.
