Should a resident’s health status change and they need a higher level of care, Enriched Housing (assisted living) with a secure neighborhood for those dealing with issues related to memory impairment and skilled nursing are readily available. And with the Lifecare Plan there is no additional charge.

Along with knowing that you have a secure long-term care plan in place, Harbor Village gives you the assurance that it won’t be necessary to move from this supportive community if you have a future long-term care need.

BECOMING A RESIDENT

How To Apply

Step 1: Meet with a member of the Harbor Village marketing staff and select the apartment style and location that best suits your lifestyle.

Step 2: Lock in today’s price by placing your fully refundable 10% deposit and sign the Residence and Care Agreement. Once approved, at the 10% deposit level you are protected with the best long-term care coverage available, Lifecare, and guaranteed entrance into Harbor Village when we open our doors… even if you have a change in health status.
* If additional time is needed, we will hold the apartment of choice and price with a fully refundable $1,000 deposit for two weeks.

Step 3: Attend interesting information seminars and special social events hosted by Harbor Village and get to know your future neighbors.

Step 4: Begin planning your move to Harbor Village. Our complimentary Moving Made Easy program will ensure that your move to Harbor Village is stress-free.

Step 5: Pay the balance of your entrance fee only when your apartment is ready for occupancy.
