STEPS TO MEMBERSHIP

Partridge Knoll offers a variety of one & two bedroom apartment styles. After you take a tour and decide which style is right for you, simply follow these four simple steps:

Complete the Priority Agreement with your choice of apartment floor plan and submit the Priority Reservation Fee
Complete an Application for Residency and Financial Disclosure* and mail it to us!

Sign a residency agreement
Make arrangements to move
