Homes
Spacious apartment homes in 7 livable styles

An array of apartment homes and cottages are available to best suit your needs and budget. The apartment homes and cottages offer a choice of one or two bedrooms. Each apartment and cottage has mini-blinds for privacy and carpeting for added comfort. In addition, both apartment and cottage features include private porches/patios, washer and dryer, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave oven and garbage disposal.


Fees

Preswick Glen offers three financial option each of include two financial components.

The Entrance Fee: An up-front payment with varying refund opportunities.

The Monthly Service Fee: A monthly service fee that covers services such as building insurance, taxes, inside and outside maintenance, housekeeping, transportation, emergency alert systems, activities and more.

The Entrance Fee and the Monthly Service Fee are determined by:

- The size of the apartment home or cottage
- The entrance fee refund plan chosen
- The number of people residing in the residence (monthly service fee only)

One of the most pressing questions for most people when researching retirement communities is, “What does it cost and can I afford it?” Most individuals utilize the equity from the sale of their house to pay the entrance fee.

Four Fee Options:

- 90% Refund Plan: This plan offers residents a minimum 90% fee refund.
- 50% Refund Plan: This plan offers residents a minimum 50% fee refund.
- Traditional Plan: This plan amortizes the entrance fee over 50 months.
- Rental Plan: This plan is available on a limited number of apartment homes.
All of the superb services are available without the entrance fee.
