Colonial Square is an intergenerational community with several components, positioned to attract active adult residents who are seeking an upscale amenity rich and in some instances, maintenance free living environment. Colonial Square is a new kind of housing, designed around a traditional style neighborhood. Currently, Schuyler Commons Apartment Homes will comprise the initial phase of development. The Town Home, Carriage Home and Country Home options are to follow in phases slated for the near future.
Schuyler Commons at Colonial Square is a 144 unit, independent apartment home community for active adults 55+.
Apartment Home floor plans include and two bedroom designs ranging from 700 to a spacious 1100 square feet layout. Your monthly rent includes heat and hot water, washers and dryers, private parking and use of our amenity rich clubhouse. In addition, all apartments are pre-wired for cable and high speed internet.
