A Full Menu of Services
A simple monthly service fee covers the complete menu of services and amenities that are part of the convenient Westchester Meadows lifestyle. That menu includes delicious meals in a restaurant style dining room, weekly housekeeping, flat linen service, building and grounds maintenance, regularly scheduled transportation, and all utility services except telephone.
Financial Protection
A one-time entrance fee includes a 65% refundable residential component and a modest Life Care component, which covers the lifetime use of your apartment home and health care center. If enriched housing or skilled nursing care are ever needed, your estate will be protected from their devastating cost.
